This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
To track when quotes are set to expire across your projects, you can add a “Quote Expiration” column to your Project List. This makes it easy to stay ahead of deadlines and follow up with clients before quotes expire.
How to Add the “Quote Expiration” Column
Navigate to your Project List in Goodshuffle Pro.
Click the "Edit Columns" on the top-right of the list.
Select the checkbox for “Quote Expiration.”
Once added, you’ll see a new column in your list showing the expiration date of each quote.
This view lets you:
See which quotes are expiring soon.
Sort or filter by expiration date.
Follow up proactively with clients.
