This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you've already sent a quote and want to add an expiration date, you can do so—as long as the project is still in an editable status.
Eligible Project Statuses
You can only add an expiration date to quotes with the following statuses:
New (yellow)
Quote Sent (blue)
If the project has already been signed, you’ll need to manage expiration differently (e.g., with contract updates).
How to Add an Expiration Date
Open the project that has already had a quote sent.
Look for the “Add Quote Expiration” button near the quote status.
Choose your preferred expiration timeline or set a specific date.
⚠️ Adding an expiration date will notify the client and automatically invalidate the quote if the timeline passes.
