This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you need to collect all your invoices or contracts from a certain time period—for example, for monthly bookkeeping or tax prep—you can use the bulk download feature in your Project List.
Step 1: Set Your Date Range
Go to the “Projects” tab.
Click the date filter and choose Specific Dates to select your desired range.
Step 2: Filter for Signed Contracts
To ensure you're downloading only finalized (confirmed) orders:
Use the filter to show only Signed Contracts.
Step 3: Select All Projects in the List
Click the checkbox at the top of the project list to the left of the Project Name column to select all visible projects.
Step 4: Use the Bulk Download Feature
Click the “Bulk Download/Print” button.
Select the "Contract - Signed" option.
Choose whether you'd like:
Individual PDF files for each contract
A single combined PDF for all contracts
Your language preference
Click "Email Files" when you're ready. You'll see the export progress in your window, then a confirmation that the file will be sent to your email address on file—click "Okay, Got It!" to close.
