How Can I Print a Pull Sheet for All My Projects That Are in Progress?

Learn how to generate a single aggregate pull sheet for all active projects using the Select Files to Download modal, including filtering by category and subcategory.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Instead of printing separate pull sheets for each project, you can generate one comprehensive pull sheet that shows all items needed across your active projects. This is especially useful for warehouse teams preparing for multiple events.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to your Project List.

  2. Click "Filters", then select "Fulfillment Status: Open"
This displays only projects that haven't been marked as complete.

  3. Click the checkbox in the top left corner to select all filtered projects.

  4. Click the Download icon (⬇️) in the yellow bar at the top right. The Select Files to Download modal will open.

  5. In the Document Type list, check Pull Sheet (Aggregate) By category for a single consolidated pull sheet across all selected projects. Once checked, choose the file types you want it generated as—XLSX, PDF, or both (each is sent as a separate file).

The list also offers Pull Sheet — By line item group and Pull Sheet — By Item Category (individual pull sheets per project), along with Contract, Schedule, eROGS, and Project List documents.

  6. On the right side of the modal (or under the Options tab on mobile), configure your export settings:

    • Combine project packets into a single file — merges each project's documents into one file (excludes the Pull Sheet (Aggregate) and XLSX pull sheets, which are always separate).

    • Categories — controls which items appear on the pull sheet, and where you filter by category and subcategory. The dropdown defaults to All. To narrow it down, open it and deselect All, then check exactly what you want: one or more full primary categories, specific subcategories within a category (expand the category to see them), or any mix of whole categories and individual subcategories across different categories. Filtering is per-project—each project's pull sheet includes only the selected categories and subcategories that exist in that project.

    • Group By — choose Primary Category or Subcategory to control how the items on the aggregate pull sheet are organized. (Categories controls what's included; Group By controls how it's organized.)

    • Item Images — include item images on the aggregate Pull Sheet PDF: None, Small, Medium, or Large.

    • Print Language — select English, French, or Spanish.

  7. Click "Email Files". You'll see export progress in your window, then a confirmation the file is on its way to your email on file.

This creates one consolidated pull sheet showing all items across your selected projects, organized by the category or subcategory grouping you chose.

💡 Pro Tip: If you only need pull sheets for specific events, select individual projects instead of clicking "Select All" in Step 3. You can also filter by date range or sales lead before bulk downloading to tailor the pull sheet to your needs.
