If I Record a Payment, Will the Client Receive a Copy of the Receipt?

Here's what will happen after when you either capture an online payment, or record an offline payment

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When a client makes a payment, their payment confirmation is emailed directly to them. This email confirmation will also include a link to their live contract where they can review their payment history at any time.

If you are recording an offline payment on a project, the client will not receive any notification. To notify a client of a manual payment, we recommend sending them a note.
