How can I record a payment via check?

Here's how you can use Offline Payments to record payments through check.

Recording an offline payment

Navigate to your desired project and select the Billing tab and click Record Offline Payment.

Choose the payment method you intend to enter. For example, if they paid via check, select 'Check'.

Enter the necessary fields and document any information or important details in the notes Notes!

The changes will be shown on the Billing page and the balance will be subtracted.
