This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
Recording an Offline Payment
Navigate to your desired project and select the “Billing” tab, then click “Record Offline Payment.”
Fill Out Payment Details
Enter the following information:
Payment Date
Amount
Notes — Use this to document any relevant payment info.
💡 Heads up! This is for payments that have already occurred offline. If you need to charge the client, use the “Capture Payment” button instead.
Click “Save Payment Record.”
View the Payment on the Billing Page
Once saved, the payment will appear in the project’s Billing section and will be subtracted from the remaining balance.
