Recording an offline payment

Let's say you use Square at your business to process credit card transactions. To record the payment in Goodshuffle Pro you'll need to navigate to your desired project and select the Billing tab and click Record Offline Payment.

Choose the payment method you intend to enter. For example, if they paid via credit card, select 'credit card'.

Enter the necessary fields and document any information or important details in the notes Notes!

The changes will be shown on the Billing page and the balance will be subtracted.
