This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you work with corporate clients or planners, you may want to pull a list of all projects associated with a specific company name.

Step 1: Open the Project List

Go to your Project List.
On the left-hand side, click More Search Options, and locate the Business field.

Step 2: Search by Company Name

Type the name of the business or organization in the Business field to instantly filter all matching projects.

💡 This works for clients who had a company name saved in their contact record when the project was created.

The Business filter offers two search modes, which you can toggle using the button next to the search field.

Query — Broader search that finds partial matches across any words in the business name. Useful when you don't remember the exact name.
Exact — Matches the business name precisely. Useful when you have businesses with similar names and need to pull the right one quickly.
