To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.
If you use Packages or other grouped line items, your Project List can get crowded. The Line Items Summary column gives you a quick, readable preview of a project's items without opening the project or scrolling through a long expanded list.
Add the Line Items Summary Column
The Line Items Summary column is part of the default Project List view. If it is not showing, you can add it through your layout settings.
Go to your Project List.
Click "Manage Layout".
Search for and select "Line Items Summary".
What You'll See
Click anywhere in a project's Line Items Summary cell to open a preview of that project's line items. The preview includes both inventory items and custom items, and it shows a header count so you can see how many items are on the job at a glance.
The preview also flags special handling, so you can spot items that are part of a flip or transfer without opening the project. Long item names are shortened in the cell but display in full inside the preview. If a project has no line items, the preview shows "No line items."
Click the same cell again to close the preview, or click outside it, press Esc, or scroll the row out of view. Only one preview is open at a time.
