Account Owners and Admins can check when each team member was last active by viewing the "Last Active" column under the Subscriptions section in their Account Settings.
How to View Team Activity
Follow these steps to see your team's last login activity:
Navigate to the “Account” tab in the left-hand menu.
Select “Subscriptions” from the dropdown.
Scroll to the “Team Management” section.
Look under the “Last Active” column for each user’s most recent activity.
Understanding the “Last Active” Status
Each status helps you understand how recently a user has been in the system:
ONLINE: The user is currently active or was active in the last 30 minutes.
x minutes ago: Last active between 30 minutes to 1 hour ago.
x hours ago: Last active between 1 and 24 hours ago.
x days ago: Last active between 1 day and 2 months ago.
x months ago: Last active more than 2 months ago.
This information is useful for managing account access, monitoring engagement, and confirming whether users are regularly logging in.
