'Time on site' refers to the amount of time a driver spends at a delivery location or stop, including activities like unloading, paperwork, or refueling. Accurately tracking this time helps ensure schedules remain efficient and delays are minimized.

Full users can adjust 'Time on Site' for a stop within a route by following the instructions below.

  1. Hover over a stop and click 'View Details' or click on a stop directly

  2. Click the pencil icon at the top right

  3. Change the 'Scheduled Arrival' and/or the 'Scheduled Departure'. This will not change the drop-off or pickup times listed on a contract

Note that 'Time on Site' can be adjusted for scheduled stops. Warehouse starting and end points are default (i.e., 60 minutes) and cannot be adjusted.
