How Can I View the Inventory Included in a Specific Stop or Route?

Learn how to review the inventory for individual stops or entire routes in Dispatch.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Viewing Inventory in the Route Planner

How to View Inventory for a Single Stop

  1. Go to Dispatch > Route Planner.

  2. Select a date using the calendar.

  3. Hover over a waypoint (stop) to preview basic info:

    • Delivery type (drop-off/pickup)

    • Time on site

    • Project name

    • Venue address

    • Route name

  4. Click on the stop to open the Stop Details Panel.

  5. Click the “Inventory” tab.

  6. Use “Line Item Group” or “Category” filters to refine your view.

You can also do this for unscheduled stops:

  1. Click the Unscheduled tab.

  2. Click the chevron (⌄) to expand a stop.

  3. Click “Inventory” and apply filters.


Viewing Inventory in My Routes

How to View Inventory for a Single Stop

  1. Go to Dispatch > My Routes.

  2. Use filters to find a specific route.

  3. Click the route to open its Route Overview.

  4. Click a stop, then select the Inventory tab.

  5. Filter by Line Item Group or Category.


View Full Route Inventory in the Route Panel

You can now view inventory across all stops in a route and use enhanced grouping filters.

To View Full Route Inventory:

  1. Open a route from the Route Planner.

  2. In the Route Details Side Panel, click the Inventory tab.

  3. You’ll see all inventory from all projects and stops in that route.

Use the Following Filters:

  • Group By: Item Name, Category, or Item Name

  • Sort By Stop Order: 1 → 9 or 9 → 1

  • Item Name Sorting: A → Z or Z → A

View Full Inventory for a Route in “My Routes”

You can also view the complete inventory for a route directly from the My Routes tab.

  1. Navigate to My Routes under Dispatch.

  2. Use the Route filters to find your route.

  3. Click on the route, then select the Route Inventory tab.

You can filter the “Route Inventory” view using the “Group By” and “Stop Type” dropdowns to change how inventory is organized and displayed.

View All Stops in a Route from the Route Planner

You can now view the complete list of stops for any route directly in the side panel in the Route Planner.

  1. Open the Route Planner.

  2. Click on a route to open the Route Details Side Panel.

  3. Select the “Stops” tab at the top of the panel.

  4. You'll see a scrollable list of all stops in that route, including:

    • Stop order (1, 2, 3…)

    • Stop type (e.g., pickup, drop-off)

    • Project name

    • Location address

  5. Click on any stop in the list to open its details page in My Routes in a new browser tab.

How Can My Drivers See Specific Inventory Items Under “My Routes”?

Full and Limited Users can view inventory for a stop or an entire route by clicking into an assigned route from the “My Routes” tab.

From there, they can:

  • Click a specific stop, then select the “Inventory” tab, or

  • Click the “Route Inventory” tab from the “Overview” page.
