Adding notes to a stop (also called a waypoint) in Dispatch is a great way to include important instructions for your team—like gate codes, delivery preferences, or contact info.

Here’s how to add notes to a specific stop:

Step 1: Open Dispatch

Navigate to the Dispatch --> Route Planner tab in your sidebar.

Step 2: Select a Scheduled Stop

Click on the stop (drop-off or pickup) you'd like to update. It must already be added to a route.

Step 3: Click “Edit”

In the top-right corner of the stop details popup, click “Edit.”

Step 4: Add Notes

In the Notes field, type any relevant details for the stop—these notes will be visible to the driver.

📝 Examples: “Call client on arrival” or “Gate code: 1234.”

Step 5: Save Your Changes

Click “Save” to update the stop with your new note.
