As part of your benefits as a Goodshuffle Pro customer, you are able to purchase and use our Website Integration on your business website.

Our Customer Success team is trained on integrating your site with our three primary providers - Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress. If you plan to integrate your inventory with a custom site or a site from another provider, check out our preferred web development partners!

Here are our guidelines on the kind of support you can expect for your website integration once you begin the process of setting it up!

Customer Success does provide support for:

  • Providing code guidance to arrange galleries and lists of specific items from your Goodshuffle Pro inventory.

  • Troubleshooting item listing-related issues. (Where is X item? Is Y item able to list this way?)

  • Changing the colors of the website integration elements. (Such as the color of the heart icon, or changing the icon altogether)

  • Help with Wishlist Config options, such as requiring a phone number on the contact form.

Customer Success may provide support for:

The type of support we can offer for the below varies based on the nature of the issue.

  • Troubleshooting why a particular page with a wishlist will not scroll.

  • Providing custom CSS snippets for a design that are not included here, in our general documentation for the Website Integration. (such as hiding the venue when submitting a Wishlist)

  • Adding a page to a user’s website so they can further customize where inventory appears.

  • Understanding how another user achieved a particular page/look and providing insight (i.e., inspecting another wishlist page to see what HTML or CSS snippets another vendor is using)

Customer Success does not provide support for:

Keep in mind that this is not an exhaustive list.

  • Designing any element that is not directly a part of the Wishlist. This generally includes any high-level design or formatting work not directly on the wishlist.

  • Google or Facebook Ad Tracking guidance.

  • Custom JavaScript guidance.

  • SEO Design / SEO Troubleshooting
