Why Joomla Isn’t Supported
Joomla does not allow you to embed custom code snippets directly into your site.
Instead, they only permit integrations available through their official App Marketplace.
Because Goodshuffle Pro’s Website Integration uses flexible and dynamic HTML components, it’s not compatible with Joomla’s restrictions.
While you can embed an iFrame as a workaround, we strongly advise against it—it won’t provide the intended experience for your clients and may negatively impact responsiveness and accessibility.
Recommended Alternatives
If you're currently using Joomla, you have two main options:
Redirect visitors to a supported external page
This can be a page hosted on a platform like Squarespace or WordPress that houses your item gallery or wishlist.Migrate to a supported platform
