This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When setting your Quote Expiration Rules, you can choose whether the expiration timer:

  • Starts after the first quote is sent, or

  • Resets after the most recent quote is sent

Understanding Quote Expiration Options

  • After the first quote is sent
Your quote will expire based on the number of days set—even if you send the quote again later.

  • After the most recent quote is sent
The expiration countdown resets each time you send the quote.

This setting gives you control over how flexible or firm your deadlines are with clients.

When Should I Use Each Setting?

  • Choose First quote sent when you want to lock in a fixed deadline.

  • Choose Most recent quote sent if you anticipate sending revised quotes and want to reset the expiration each time.
