This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When setting the rules for Quote Expiration, you can choose between “Mark Project as Lost” or “Disable Online Signatures Only” when a quote expires.
Mark Project as Lost
When a project is marked as Lost:
It is removed from your “Open” projects list and archived.
The client cannot sign the quote, pay online, or see pricing.
They also won’t be able to view items that were quoted.
The project is excluded from conflicts and inventory participation.

Disable Online Signatures
Disabling online signatures:
Keeps the project in “Quote Sent” status.
Clients can still view the quote and see the requested inventory.
They cannot sign or pay online.
You can re-enable online signatures later if needed.
