This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
When a client files a dispute and a vendor loses the challenge, a Dispute Fee is charged. This fee is in addition to the original fee that applies when a dispute is first received.
What Is the Total Fee?
Vendors who challenge a dispute and lose will see two separate fees:
$15 for receiving the dispute.
$15 for losing the challenge.
Total: $30 per dispute (in the U.S.)
💡 Dispute fees may vary by country. For U.S. vendors, the fee is $15 for each event.
You can review and download these Dispute Fees from your Subscriptions tab on your account.
