This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
To update your company name or other business information, you'll need to go through Stripe's secure verification process. Here's how to do that from your Goodshuffle Pro account:
Step 1: Go to “Account” Settings
From the navigation menu on the left, scroll down and click “Account.”
This opens your company’s account-level settings.
Step 2: Click the “Company” Tab
In the top menu of the Account section, click on the “Company” tab.
Step 3: Select “Enter Required Verification Information”
Under the “Company Info for Verification” section, click “Enter Required Verification Information.”
This will open Stripe’s secure portal, where you can update your:
Legal business name
Tax identification details
Supporting documents if needed
How Can I Change the Listed Account Representative for My Account?
To change the name of your listed account representative (also known as your Stripe representative or business owner contact):
Go to “Account” → “Company”
Click “Enter Required Verification Information”
Update the Representative’s Name, Date of Birth, and other requested details through the Stripe form
This change is required to comply with Stripe’s identity verification requirements. You may be asked to upload supporting documents to confirm the new representative’s identity.
Only Account Owners have access to update Company information.
