This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

To delete a project:

  1. Open the project you want to delete.

  2. Click the “More” symbol (three dots) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select “Delete Project” from the dropdown menu.

⚠️ Note: You can only delete a project that has not been signed. If a contract has already been signed, the project can be archived instead. Deleting signed projects is restricted to protect the integrity of contract records. This ensures legal compliance and preserves data for accurate reporting and historical reference, which is particularly important when managing signed agreements.

👉 Learn more about archiving projects. Another alternative for managing signed projects is to mark them as "Lost," which preserves the data while reflecting the project's inactive status. Archiving or marking projects as "Lost" ensures that signed projects are managed in compliance with reporting requirements. These actions help preserve historical, legal, and financial records effectively. This enables not only compliance but also comprehensive performance tracking and documentation.
