Customizing your project list is a powerful way to keep your operations organized. You can add filters and choose which columns display so you can quickly answer questions, track payments, view logistics, and take action where needed.

Getting Started

  1. From your “Project List”, click the “Edit Columns” button at the top right.

  2. Choose from categories such as:

    • Billing Status and Amount Due (from “Billing”)

    • Logistics Start/End (from “Fulfillment”)

    • Client’s Name (from “Client Info”)

  3. Drag and drop columns to arrange them in the order you prefer.

Each user can create their own personalized view depending on their tasks and needs.

Sorting and Filtering Your Project List

Once your view is set, you can:

  • Use the filters on the left to sort by date range, employee, billing status, and more.

  • Sort columns by clicking the down arrow (˅) at the top of the column header.
