This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Goodshuffle Pro Lite users can access preloaded views but cannot create or edit Saved Views.

Saved Views help you turn your Projects list into a personalized dashboard. Instead of resetting filters every time, you can save your layout and return to it in one click.

What Are Saved Views?

Saved Views are customized list configurations that remember:

  • Your selected filters (like status, date range, or team member)

  • Visible columns and column order

  • Sorting preferences

You’ll also see System Views (preloaded views) at the top of the list.

How to Create a Saved View (Standard and Above)

Step 1: Open the Filters Panel

  1. Navigate to your “Projects” page.

  2. Click the “Filters” button in the top-left corner.

  3. Toggle to the “Views” tab.

Step 2: Apply Your Filters and Layout

  1. Click the “Filters” tab.

  2. Choose your filter criteria, such as:

    • Project status

    • Event date range

    • Team member

    • Billing or logistics details

  3. Adjust your columns and sorting as needed.

Once you modify the view, the “Save View” button becomes active.

Step 3: Save Your View

  1. Click “Save View”.

  2. Enter a clear, descriptive name (example: “Sara’s Signed Events This Month”).

  3. Click “Save”.

Your new Saved View will now appear in your Views list.

Accessing and Switching Between Views

  1. Open the “Filters” panel.

  2. Click the “Views” tab.

  3. Select any Saved View or System View to instantly apply it.

You can switch between views anytime to match your workflow.

Managing Saved Views (Standard and Above)

To manage a Saved View:

  1. Open the “Filters” panel.

  2. Click the “Views” tab.

  3. Select a "Saved View"

  4. Click the three-dot (•••) menu next to any Saved View.

From here, you’ll see the following options:

  • Duplicate

Create a copy of the view.
This is helpful if you want to make small adjustments without changing the original.

  • Rename

Update the name of your Saved View to better reflect its purpose.

  • Share View

Share the Saved View with your team so everyone can access the same filters, columns, and sorting.

💡 Pro Tip: Sharing views is a great way to standardize workflows across sales, logistics, or accounting teams.

  • Delete

    Remove the Saved View permanently.
You’ll be asked to confirm before deletion.

Pro Tips for Saved Views

  • Start with System Views. Duplicate and modify them to suit your needs.

  • Tailor by role. Create separate views for sales, logistics, or admin workflows.

  • Use clear names. “Urgent Deliveries” beats “View 1.”

  • Organize smartly. Keep your top-used views at the top using drag and drop.

  • Experiment safely. Duplicate views before testing changes, and use “Revert” to undo.

Saved Views transform your Project List into a personalized dashboard that adapts to your needs. Create a few to match your common workflows, and you’ll save time every time you log in.
