You can use the name generator built into the batch add inventory tool to quickly create consistent titles for multiple inventory items.
Step-by-Step: Use the Name Generator
To access the name generator, go to the final stage of a batch add entry.

Once you're in the final stage:
Drag and drop the desired field blocks from the right side of the screen to the left.
Arrange them in the order you'd like the inventory title to appear.
Example: Drag blocks for “Height,” “Length,” “Shape,” “Width,” “Color,” and “Item Group” into place.
This could result in a title like:
18" 24" Rectangle 36" Black Tables
Click “Generate Names” to auto-fill the titles.
Complete any remaining required information for your items.
Click “Submit” to save your inventory.
