This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
To check which items are in use within a specific time frame, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Inventory Tab
Go to the left‑hand menu and select “Inventory.”
Click the down‑facing arrow next to “Next 30 Days” at the top right.
Set your custom date range.
Add Custom Columns for Context
Once the date range is set, enhance your view by adding the following custom columns:
In Stock (how many you have ready to go in this range)
Quantity Booked (how many are added to signed contracts in this range)
Max Needed (the highest amount needed on all projects in this range, regardless of contract status)
Add more columns to find out which items are Booked, Gross Revenue, and more!
