This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.
If you want to quickly check which inventory items are visible to clients on the Goodshuffle Marketplace or in your Website Integration, you can add two specific Custom Columns to your inventory list to see these statuses at a glance.
Steps to View Online Listings
Go to your Inventory list in Goodshuffle Pro.
Click “Manage Layout” in the top right of your inventory view.
In the Details section:
Scroll to find and check the box for “Listed on Marketplace?"
Scroll to find and check the box for “Listed on Website Integration?”
Click Apply (or similar action) to add those columns to your inventory list.
You’ll now see two new columns in your inventory:
Listed on Marketplace?: shows a checkbox for items listed on the Goodshuffle Marketplace
Listed on Website Integration?: shows a checkbox for items available via your Website Integration
Pro Tip
Use the column checkboxes to quickly filter or scan which items are shown online and which aren’t — this makes managing your inventory listings easier and faster.
