This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

When a client pays online, that payment is deposited into your bank account via an Outbound Transfer (also called a Deposit).Understanding the process of outbound transfers aids in accurate financial tracking and resolving discrepancies.

Viewing Detailed Payout Breakdowns

To see a ledger-style breakdown of payouts transferred to your bank account, including the contracts or payments included in each transfer:

  1. Open the Finances tab and select Company Activity.

  2. Use filters, such as date ranges, to narrow down the displayed records.

  3. Locate the specific bank transfer in question and click the dropdown arrow next to it.

  4. Review the detailed breakdown including:

    • The net amount transferred

    • The expected arrival date

    • The contracts or payments included in the transfer This provides a comprehensive view of your payouts and helps you match bank transfers to corresponding payments or contracts.

How to Troubleshoot Payout and Deposit Issues

  1. Open the project and navigate to the Billing tab.

  2. Look for the “Settled” check mark next to the payment.

  3. Expand the payment details to review additional information, such as Settlement Status and Settlement ID.

Identifying Undeposited Payments

Payments that are marked as "Paid" but have not been deposited into your bank account can be identified in Goodshuffle Pro using the following methods:

Per Project

  1. Open the specific project in question.

  2. Navigate to the Billing tab.

  3. Look for payments that do not have a green checkmark under "Settled."

  4. Expand the payment to view additional details, such as:

    • Settlement Status

    • Settlement ID

Across Clients

  1. Go to the Finances tab.

  2. Open the Client Activity Report.

  3. Payments that are undeposited will lack the green "Settled" checkmark.

  4. Expand each payment to review the settlement details and confirm their status. These methods allow you to pinpoint any payments awaiting settlement or follow up on discrepancies for better financial tracking.

If the payment shows as Settled, that means it has already been transferred to your bank. The "Settled" status confirms that the payment has undergone successful processing and has been sent to the linked bank account.
