If your team uses internal notes for item-specific handling instructions, you can display these right in your inventory view with a Project List Custom Column.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to your Inventory tab.
Click “Manage Layout” in the top-right corner.
Under the Details section, add the “Internal Notes” column.
Optional: Drag and drop it to adjust where it appears in your view.
Now you'll see a column containing any internal details about your items.
