Where Can I Find the Barcode for My Inventory Item?

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Viewing an item's Barcode using the 'Barcode' Custom Column

You can quickly view an item's Barcode by adding the 'Barcode' Custom Column to your Inventory page view.

  1. Click 'Manage Layout'

  2. Scroll down to 'Details' and select 'Barcode'

    1. You can rearrange the order of this Custom Column if needed

  3. View Barcode Custom Column in-line or click to open it to see a larger version

Viewing an item's Barcode through the Print function

You can also view an item's Barcode by printing it. You can learn more about Printing Barcodes here and the recommended Printer and Labels here.

To get started,

  1. Select the items for Barcodes you want to print

  2. Navigate to the top right and click 'Print Barcodes'

  3. Choose the method of printing (i.e., Standard Printer or LabelWriter Printer) and click 'Continue'

  4. Click the + or - symbol to increase or decrease the Barcode Qty. You can also type in a quantity in the 'Barcode Qty' field and click 'Print'

  5. A new window will open to a PDF with those Barcodes
