Barcoding helps track your items through every stage of Fulfillment. Here's how to start viewing your barcodes.

Step 1: Make Barcodes Visible in Inventory

Barcoding is enabled by default. You’ll just need to make the “Barcode” column visible in your Inventory layout.

  1. Click “Manage Layout” in your Inventory tab.

  2. Select “Details” and check the box next to “Barcode”.

  3. Drag the new “Barcode” column to your preferred location in the table.

Step 2: Generate and View Barcodes

Barcodes are automatically generated for each individual item—excluding packages.

To view an item’s barcode:

  • Go to your “Inventory” tab.

  • Ensure the “Barcode” column is visible.

  • Click the barcode preview to open the full QR code.

Supported items:

✅ Products
✅ Pool Members
❌ Services, Packages, and Pool Wrappers (not yet supported)

Step 3: Filter and Print Barcodes

Use filters to select the specific items you want to print barcodes for.

  1. Apply filters such as:

    • Category

    • Attributes

    • Tags

  2. Use the checkboxes to select individual items or click “Select All”.

  3. Click “Print Barcodes” to generate QR codes only for those selected items.

🎯 Pro Tip: Filtering is especially useful for printing labels by category, recent purchases, or specific warehouse zones.
