Barcoding helps track your items through every stage of Fulfillment. Here's how to start viewing your barcodes.

Step 1: Access Barcoding

Barcoding is enabled by default. You will see the barcode option in your Inventory custom columns view.

  • First, click on Manage Layout, then select Details and check the box next to Barcode

  • You can drag the new barcode column to the top of your Inventory view

🔒 Don’t see the Barcode option? Reach out to your account admin or click on the blue chat bubble in the bottom of your account.

Step 2: Generate Barcodes

Barcodes are generated for each individual item. As a note, barcodes are not generated for packages.

To view an item’s barcode:

  1. Go to your Inventory tab.

  2. Make sure the Barcode column is visible.

  3. Click the barcode preview to open the full QR code.

Supported items:

  • ✅ Products

  • ✅ Pool Members

  • ❌ Services, Packages, and Pool Wrappers (not yet supported)

Step 3: Filter Items Before Printing

You can filter your Inventory to control which barcodes you want to print.

Before clicking “Print Barcodes”, use filters such as:

  • Category

  • Attributes

  • Tags

Once filtered:

  • Use the checkbox to select specific items (or Select All).

  • Then click Print Barcodes to generate QR codes only for those items.

🎯 This is especially helpful when printing labels for a new category, recent purchases, or items in a specific warehouse zone.
