This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Want to see notes about each project without opening them one by one? You can add note fields to your “Projects” tab using Custom Columns.

Step-by-Step: Add Notes to Your Projects View

  1. Go to your “Projects” tab.

  2. Click “Edit Columns” at the top-right of the page.

  3. In the dropdown, select the “Sales” section.

  4. Choose one or both of the following:

    • “Internal Contract Notes”

    • “External Contract Notes”

  5. (Optional) Drag and drop each column to change the view on your Project list

  6. Click “Update Columns.”

You’ll now be able to see these notes in your project list at a glance! This is especially helpful for quickly scanning client-facing reminders or internal team instructions.
