This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

If you store inventory at multiple warehouses or locations, you can use Attributes in Goodshuffle Pro to filter your available items when building a project. This makes it quick and easy to pull from the right spot every time.

Step 1: Set Up Location Attributes

First, make sure your items have a Location attribute applied. You can add attributes by:

  1. Going to your Inventory tab.

  2. Clicking “Edit” on an item.

  3. Scrolling to the Attributes section.

  4. Typing in or selecting your location (e.g., “Warehouse A,” “Miami Storage”).

Step 2: Filter by Location When Adding Items to a Project

When you're adding items to a project:

  1. Click “Add Inventory” from the Line Item Group.

  2. Use the Attribute Filter at the top of the screen.

  3. Select your location (e.g., “Warehouse” or “Location”).

  4. Only items from that specific location will be shown for selection.

💡 Use the terminology that fits your business—“Location,” “Warehouse,” or anything else that helps you organize your gear.
