This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Want to see which projects were signed in a specific month, quarter, or year? You can easily filter by “Last Signed” to get those insights.

Filter by “Last Signed” Date

  1. Go to your “Projects” page.

  2. Click the “Dates” filter at the top-left.

  3. From the dropdown, select “Last Signed.”

  4. Choose your preferred date range:

    • Last 7 days

    • Last 30 days

    • A custom range (e.g., Q3 of this year as seen in the GIF below)

  5. (Optional): Choose Action Needed and Signed Contracts (as seen below)

You'll now see only the projects that were signed within that window.

Download Your Report

Once filtered, click the Download icon and choose “Project List – Visible Columns” to export the data to Excel or Google Sheets.

Note that Goodshuffle Pro Lite Plans can only export Contracts (signed and unsigned) from the Project List. You must upgrade to Goodshuffle Pro Standard to export other files.
