Sometimes you need more than one person to receive a quote or invoice, like both the bride and groom, or a couple of business partners.
Step 1: Assign the Main Contact
First, add the person who will sign and pay for the quote as the main contact on the project. This ensures their name appears on the official documents.
Step 2: Click “Send to Client”
Click the “Send to Client” button in the project.
A pop-up window will appear where you can enter email addresses.
Step 3: Add Multiple Emails
In the “To” field of the message window, enter multiple email addresses. You can do this by typing each address and pressing enter, or separating them with commas.
📧 Example:
[email protected], [email protected]
Important Notes
Once one person signs or pays, it will show as signed/paid for all.
The contract will still show the name of the main contact only.
For example: If the bride is the contact, the contract will be addressed to her.
Pro Tip
Use this method anytime multiple stakeholders need visibility or action on a quote or invoice—but only one signature and payer is required.
