Here are a few reasons why you should always send quotes and invoices directly from Goodshuffle Pro to the person signing and paying for the event:
When quotes or invoices are sent from Goodshuffle Pro, they include a unique link tied to the recipient’s email. This allows them to securely view, sign, and pay online.
We track the IP address of the person who signs and pays using that unique link. If the quote or invoice is forwarded or copied, this tracking is compromised—making it harder to prove who actually authorized the transaction.
⚠️ Important: Forwarding or copying the link creates risk for your business.
If the client later disputes the charge, it may be unclear whether they were the one who signed or paid.
To protect your business from potential disputes, always send quotes and invoices through the system rather than copying or extracting the links.
