Your project list can be set to filter by specific dates - such as when Logistics start or end, when the Event starts or ends, and the date the project was last signed. To get started, head over to your Project list. Then, click the blue text on the left of your screen above the Dates.
You'll see a few different options:
Here's what each filter will do:
Logistics
Logistics Starts
Filters your project list to include only projects that have a Logistics Start date within the time range selected. **Projects that are in progress but had a logistics start before the time range selected will not be included.**
Logistics Ends
Filters your project list to include only projects that have a Logistics End date within the time range selected.
Logistics Starts or Ends
Will include projects that have a logistics start and/or end date within the time range selected. All projects with one or both logistics inside the time range selected will be include.
Logistics Starts and Ends
Will only include projects that have both a logistics start and a logistic end date inside the time range selected.
Event
Event Starts
Filters your project list to include only projects that have an Event Start date within the time range selected. **Projects that are in progress but had an Event start before the time range selected will not be included.**
Event Ends
Filters your project list to include only projects that have an Event Ends date within the time range selected.
Event Starts or Ends
Will include projects that have an Event start and/or end date within the time range selected. All projects with one or both Event dates inside the time range selected will be included.
Event Starts and Ends
Will only include projects that have both an Event starts and an Event ends date inside the time range selected.
Last Signed
This option will filter contracts that were last signed in the time range selected. It will not include any projects if a future date is selected.
Specific Date Nuances
If you find yourself using the "specific dates" date selectors (article), there are some nuances to consider. To help you determine how the projects are being filtered, we've added words in parenthesis to the end of the filter setting.
Between
If you provide both a start and end date (that are not the same) you will see a list of results that occur between those dates.
On
If you provide both a start and end date that are the same date you will see a list of results where the activity occurs on that specific date.
On or after
If you only provide a start date, you will see a list of results where the activity occurs on or after that specific date.
On or before
If you only provide the end date, you will see a list of results where the activity occurs on or before that specific date.
