What Is ViCoverage?
ViCoverage provides customized and simple insurance products designed to make coverage easy for life’s purchases. It is powered by Vertical Insure, an embedded insurance platform that partners with software platforms (like Goodshuffle Pro) to offer insurance during checkout.
Accessing Your Policy
If you purchased a ViCoverage policy, you can access your details in the Customer Portal:
Visit customers.verticalinsure.com.
Click “Create Account” if it’s your first time logging in.
Use the email associated with your policy (this is listed in your confirmation email).
After signing in, you’ll see a list of your active policies.
From there, you can view policy details or file a claim.

How Are Claims Initiated?
Claims are submitted through the ViCoverage Customer Portal.
Go to customers.verticalinsure.com and log in.
Select the policy you need to file a claim for.
Follow the instructions provided to submit your claim.
What Is Needed to File a Claim?
To submit a claim, policyholders will need to provide supporting documentation. Requirements vary depending on the policy and situation.
For Event Host Liability Insurance, you may be asked for:
Certificate number
Contact information
Event details:
Event date
Description
Location
Claim information:
Date and time of loss
Description of the incident
Estimated cost of damage
Location of incident
Supporting photos and documents
⚠️ Use your Legal Business Name when filing a claim—not your “Doing Business As” name, if they differ.
