This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

Let’s say you've already recorded a payment—like a mailed check—directly in QuickBooks Online, but you still want the payment reflected in Goodshuffle Pro to prevent the project from showing as "Due."

No problem! You can still record the payment in Goodshuffle Pro while avoiding a duplicate in QuickBooks Online.

How to Record the Payment Without Syncing to QuickBooks Online

  1. In the project, click “Add Payment.”

  2. Enter the payment details (amount, type, date).

  3. Before saving, click the checkbox labeled “Disable Sync to QuickBooks.”

  4. Click “Record Payment.”

✅ This ensures the payment is logged in Goodshuffle Pro, but won’t be duplicated in QuickBooks Online.

Pro Tip: Record in Goodshuffle Pro First When You Can

Whenever possible, record the offline payment in Goodshuffle Pro first, and let it sync to QuickBooks Online automatically. This saves you from doing double entry and reduces the chance of duplicates!
