The dispatch side panel in Goodshuffle Pro helps you manage crew assignments more efficiently during your delivery and pickup planning. This panel gives you quick access to your team, their availability, and role assignments - all in one view.
How to access the side panel
The dispatch side panel can be launched from multiple places within the Route Planner. For example:
When editing a route or stop
When adding or updating crew assignments
When does the side panel appear?
The panel will automatically appear when you choose to add or edit crew on a specific route or stop.
What can you see in the side panel?
This panel is designed to give you real-time access to:
A list of your team members
Their availability status (Available or Unavailable)
Whether they are currently on the route/stop
The ability to assign them a role from a dropdown
The ability to add or remove them from the route
An option to invite new team members (if you have the correct permissions)
What can different roles see?
Full users can view and edit crew assignments, roles, and availability.
Limited users do not have access to make assignments, but may view their own assignments via My Routes.
Permissions to invite teammates are limited to users with team management access.
