View Conflict Details from the Alert

If you're seeing a conflict on a project, it’s important to know what’s causing it so you can adjust accordingly.

To find out which projects are involved:

  1. Go to the project with the conflict.

  2. Click the red Conflict Alert icon near the affected item(s).

  3. A popup will appear showing:

    • Other projects using the item

    • Project names

    • Dates of overlap

    • Quantity in use vs. quantity available

Two Types of Alerts

  • Potential Conflicts – Triggered by “New” or “Quote Sent” projects. These may cause future overbooking if signed.

  • Conflicts – Triggered by “Signed” or “Action Needed” projects. These indicate a confirmed overbooking.
