View Conflict Details from the Alert
If you're seeing a conflict on a project, it’s important to know what’s causing it so you can adjust accordingly.
To find out which projects are involved:
Go to the project with the conflict.
Click the red Conflict Alert icon near the affected item(s).
A popup will appear showing:
Other projects using the item
Project names
Dates of overlap
Quantity in use vs. quantity available
Two Types of Alerts
Potential Conflicts – Triggered by “New” or “Quote Sent” projects. These may cause future overbooking if signed.
Conflicts – Triggered by “Signed” or “Action Needed” projects. These indicate a confirmed overbooking.
