This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

To view all active or upcoming inventory conflicts across your projects:

Use the Conflict Report on Your Dashboard

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Scroll down to the Inventory Conflicts section.

  3. Here, you'll see a list of:

    • Items with Conflicts or Potential Conflicts

    • Associated projects

    • Conflict and Potential Conflict dates

Adjust Conflict Filters

You can customize what you're seeing:

  • Exclude Potential Conflicts: Check this box to hide soft conflicts from New or Quote Sent projects. This lets you focus only on confirmed overbookings.

  • Date Range Filter: Click the dropdown to adjust your view. Options include:

    • Next 7 Days (default)

    • Next 14 Days

    • Next 30 Days

    • 3 Months

    • 6 Months

    • 12 Months

Conflict Types Explained

  • Potential Conflict — If a project is in “New” or “Quote Sent” status, and later gets signed, it may cause overbooking.

  • Confirmed Conflict — Based on “Signed” or “Action Needed” projects. These are true overbookings that must be resolved.

📝 Tip: If you regularly overbook popular items, consider setting up category or project buffers.
