Do CC’d Recipients Receive Replies?
Yes! Anyone included as an additional recipient (via CC) will continue to receive all messages in that thread when someone replies.
Multiple Message Threads on One Project
You can have multiple separate message threads on the same project — for example:
Thread A: Your team + Client
Thread B: Client + Accounting + Planner
Each of these threads acts independently:
A person in Thread A but not Thread B will only receive messages in Thread A.
Replies stay within the thread where they were sent.
Below is an example of multiple threads for the same project:

How Replies Work With CC’d Recipients
Because CC’d people are part of the thread:
They will receive all replies in that thread.
They won’t receive messages from other threads unless they’re also included there.
This behavior ensures that your team members only get the communication that’s relevant to them based on how the thread was set up.
