To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

Instead of printing separate pull sheets for each project, you can generate one comprehensive pull sheet that shows all items needed across your active projects.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to your Project List

  2. Click Filters and select Fulfillment Status: Open

    • This shows only projects that haven't been marked as complete

  3. Select the checkbox at the top left to select all filtered projects

  4. Click the Download icon

  5. Choose Pull Sheet (Aggregate)

This creates one consolidated pull sheet showing all items across your selected projects, organized by item type.

If you need pull sheets for specific events only, select individual projects instead of using "select all" in step 3.

Pro Tip: You can also filter by specific date ranges or sales leads before bulk downloading to create pull sheets for specific time periods or team members.

Why This Helps

  • Saves time: Download one document instead of pulling individual sheets.

  • Stays organized: All ongoing projects are included—so nothing slips through.

  • Simple workflow: Just apply a filter, select, and download. That’s it!
