This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

To review payment information for a project, head to the “Billing” tab within the project. Here’s how to interpret what you see:

How Much Is Owed?

Under the “Billing” tab in the project:

  • The Contract Total shows the full amount of the project.

  • The Net Paid section under the "Billing Summary" shows how much has been paid.

  • The Balance section under the "Billing Summary" shows the remaining amount due on the project.

To find more information on outstanding balances and due dates, navigate to the "Billing" tab within your selected project.

What’s Due Now vs. the Full Balance?

In the Billing Summary, you might see both:

  • Balance — Total remaining amount owed for the contract.

  • Due Now — Portion of the balance currently due based on your payment schedule.

When Is the Next Payment Due?

  • The next scheduled payment date appears in the Billing Summary.

  • You can also view upcoming due dates on the “Contract” tab in the “Totals” box (bottom right corner).
