Overview
If you already have a 20x20 tent package in your inventory, you can use it as a sub-package to build a larger 20x40 tent package. This allows you to reuse your setup and ensure the correct components and accessories are included.
💡 This method works for any larger tent made up of smaller modular tents.

Step 1: Confirm Your 20x20 Tent Package Is Set Up
Make sure your existing 20x20 tent package is fully built, including all necessary parts and accessories.
Step 2: Create Your 20x40 Tent Package
Go to your Inventory tab, then select “Packages.”
Create a new package titled something like “20x40 Tent.”
In the Contents section, add your 20x20 tent package as a component.
Set the "QTY Needed" to 2 to reflect that two 20x20 tents make up one 20x40 tent.
What Happens When You Add It to a Project
When you add your 20x40 tent package to a project, the system will automatically:
Add two instances of your 20x20 tent package
Include all accessories, pricing, and logistics linked to those packages
Track inventory accurately across both packages
This ensures a seamless setup and consistent fulfillment across your events.
