How Can I Countersign a Project?

Here's how you can countersign a project for a client.

This feature is available on all Goodshuffle Pro Plans.

You would countersign a contract after your client has signed it, to provide your official signature as the business or service provider. The process involves:

  1. Head to the Files section of your project (Article)

  2. Print off the signed version of the contract

  3. Sign that printed version

  4. Send your client a message with the signed version attached. (Article)

  5. Upload the double signed version to the Files section for safe keeping.

This ensures both parties have a fully executed contract for their records.
