If a project requires more equipment than one vehicle can handle due to space or weight, you can split the delivery across multiple vehicles. Here's how to manage that workflow in Dispatch:

Step 1: Add Multiple Logistic Services

  1. On your project, add two (or more) Logistic Services to reflect the need for multiple vehicles.

Step 2: Assign Each Logistic to a Separate Vehicle

  1. In the Dispatch → Route Planner, assign each Logistic Service to a different truck or vehicle.

Step 3: Use Digital Pull Sheets or Mobile Fulfillment for Loading

While you can't assign specific inventory items to a specific vehicle in the system, your crew can:

  • Use the Digital Pull Sheet to mark each item as “loaded” as they go.

  • Physically divide and load items based on your vehicle capacity plan.

This workflow ensures:

  • Team accountability at the time of loading

  • Confidence that all items make it onto the trucks, even when split
