If a project needs more than one vehicle because of space or weight, you can add two (or more) logistic services to the contract to reflect that it's a multi-truck job, then route each of those logistics on a separate truck. Here's how to manage that workflow in Dispatch:
Step 1: Add Multiple Logistic Services
On your project, add two (or more) Logistic Services to reflect the need for multiple vehicles.

Step 2: Assign Each Logistic to a Separate Vehicle
In the Dispatch → Route Planner, assign each Logistic Service to a different truck or vehicle.

Step 3: Use Digital Pull Sheets or Mobile Fulfillment for Loading
There isn't a way to assign specific inventory to a specific truck in the system. Instead, have your team mark all items as “loaded” from the Digital Pull Sheet as they load each item onto either truck. Your crew can:
Use the Digital Pull Sheet to mark each item as “loaded” as they go.
Physically divide and load items based on your vehicle capacity plan.
This helps with accountability across your team at the time of loading and ensures that all items on the job are dropped off between the two trucks, even when the load is split.
