Say you're managing a project with more inventory than can fit (i.e., space or weight) in a single Vehicle. Splitting the project between two or more Vehicles can help ensure everything is delivered on time. Here's how you can set up your logistics for a two-Vehicle job.

  1. Add two logistic services to the project to reflect that it's a two-Vehicle job (article)

  2. You would then route each logistic on two separate trucks (article).

While there isn't a way to assign individual inventory items to a Vehicle, you can have your team ensure they are marking all items as 'loaded' from the Digital Pull Sheet as they load each item onto either Vehicle. Click here to learn more about using Digital Pull Sheets.

This helps with accountability across your team for your deliveries and ensures that all items on that job are dropped off between the two Vehicles.
