Dispatch Feature Overview
Goodshuffle Pro’s Dispatch feature helps event businesses confidently plan and manage deliveries and pickups across multiple vehicles. It keeps pace with your fast-moving business, making it easy to adjust routes, shift schedules, and update details in seconds so you can save time, reduce errors, and stay in control.
Below is a list of common terms used in the Dispatch Feature.

Types of Waypoints:

Unassigned Waypoints: Waypoints that have not yet been added to a specific Route. These can be:
Route: a collection of Waypoints that begins and ends at a vendor’s warehouse
Vehicle: a new Inventory Type in Goodshuffle Pro representing the trucks or other transportation assets used for deliveries.
Driver: the individual responsible for operating a Vehicle and executing a Route
