How to Use the Digital Pull Sheets

Learn how to use and customize Digital Pull Sheets in the Fulfillment tab to track gear status from pulled to packed to loaded.

To access this feature, you must be on Goodshuffle Pro Standard or above.

To help you track the fulfillment stage of a job before it leaves your warehouse, we’ve created a digital version of your pull sheet.


To access your Digital Pull Sheets:

  1. Open the project you’re working on

  2. Click the Fulfillment tab - this view is available on Desktop.

  3. Then click on the ‘Pull Sheet’ tab as seen below:

From here, simply click the boxes to mark each item’s progress through its stages.
You can update items one step at a time, or use the ‘All’ options at the top to mark an entire group as Pulled, Packed, or Loaded in a single click:

Notice how the counts in the top bar, just below the fulfillment tab, keep track of how far along you are. A check indicates that the entire phase is complete.

Bonus: You can add this summary to your project list via the Customize Columns button:
