Mobile Fulfillment in Goodshuffle Pro Standard gives you and your team a fast, modern, mobile-friendly way to fulfill your events, right from the warehouse, your truck, or the job site. Whether you're pulling gear for an event or checking items back in, this streamlined interface helps you get the job done with fewer taps and better visibility.

How to Access the Mobile Fulfillment

You have three easy ways to get started:

Go to the Mobile Fulfillment Home

You can open the Mobile Fulfillment homepage directly on your mobile device by visiting:
https://pro.goodshuffle.com/ui/mobileFulfillment/home

From there, you’ll see a list of projects with active fulfillment stages.

Navigate via the Project Link Tree

If you’re holding a printed pull sheet, scan the barcode in the top right corner.

This will take you to the project’s Link Tree, where you can choose:

  • Project Detail - access to the Full Project

  • Digital Contract - for capturing e-signatures

  • Receipt of Goods & Services - for delivery confirmation

  • Pull Sheet – for your fulfillment stages.

  • Check-In – to begin returning and checking in gear

Scan an Inventory Barcode

Scanning any barcode in your inventory (which will redirect you to that item's detail via mobile fulfillment).

Each option is designed to give your crew the right tool for the right moment, from contract signatures to post-event returns.

🛠️ If you're having trouble opening this on your mobile browser, please ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome or Safari.

Mobile Fulfillment Pull Sheet Overview

Once inside a project’s Pull Sheet view, you’ll see a clean, scroll-friendly layout built for mobile use:

At the top of the screen:

  • Project Name and Number are clearly displayed.

  • Fulfillment Totals show the number of items in your customized fulfillment stages. Each shows progress out of the total number of rental items.

Below the totals:

  • Notes Section includes:

    • Client Visible Notes

    • Internal Notes

    • Fulfillment Notes

Tap to expand and read any relevant instructions or details.

  • Logistics Section lists any delivery, pickup, or route information attached to the project.

Line Items Area:

  • Tap the dropdown under Rental Items to see the grouped items.

  • You can Group items by: (Use the “Group By” toggle to switch.)

    • Line Item Group

    • Primary Category

    • Sub Category

  • Inventory Layout

    • Parent - Child (Will list out your Packages)

    • Items Only (Items Only view — Displays Products, Custom Items, and Subrentals while hiding Packages, Pools, and Services.)

Line items will display fulfillment status circles showing their totals for each stage:

Tap the down arrow under each of your Line Items to view your individual items.

This mobile view allows you to check progress at a glance, open key sections with a tap, and focus only on the items relevant to your current stage of fulfillment.

Check In Overview

The Check In tab helps you return items from a job.

In this view, you can:

  • Mark items as Checked In or Set Aside (e.g., if something needs cleaning or repair).

  • See progress totals for what’s been returned.

  • Tap into item details to view serials, barcodes, or notes.

Only physical inventory (not services or subrentals) will appear here.

Best Practices

  • Pull or check in items in real time to reduce errors.

  • Use filters or scroll behavior to stay organized in large jobs.

  • Communicate with your team using item-level Fulfillment Notes.
