Can fulfillment stages be customized?

Yes! Fulfillment stages can be customized to match your team’s workflow. Choose stages like Pulled, Prepped, and Loaded to reflect how your business operates.

Do I have to scan each QR code to move my items through fulfillment?

Manual Override allows you to quickly check in items with a simple toggle, eliminating the need to scan individual QR codes and providing speed and flexibility in high-pressure moments.

What information shows up when I scan for item details?

When you scan an item’s QR code, you’ll see:

  • The Item’s Name

  • Inventory Type

  • Category

  • Related Projects

  • Inventory Pricing only if you are logged in as a Full User or Account Owner

    • Limited Users will not be able to see Inventory Pricing

This helps your team confirm they have the right piece before it leaves the warehouse.

Can I edit an item's fulfillment notes from Mobile Fulfillment?

Yes, Full and Limited Users can edit Fulfillment notes.

When should I use manual override?

Manual override is useful if:

  • An item’s QR code is damaged or missing

  • You need to mark items without scanning

  • You’re troubleshooting discrepancies

⚠️ Use overrides sparingly to keep reporting accurate.

Can I manually adjust my inventory count if I bring extra items?

Yes, you can adjust the packed quantity in your Mobile Fulfillment by using the Manual Override option (e.g., 355 chairs instead of 350). The system will track all items to ensure everything is returned.

If I mark an item as “Set Aside,” will it be blocked from other projects?

Yes. Items marked as Set Aside cannot be used in another project until released. If someone attempts to scan it, the system will prevent it.

Why can’t I update attribute values when scanning an item?

Attributes (like serial numbers) are tied to the inventory record. Scanning only displays details; edits must be made in the Inventory tab.

What if I can’t access Goodshuffle Pro on my phone?

You can print pull sheets as a backup or use digital pull sheets on your desktop computer.

How do substitutions work if warehouse staff need to swap items last minute?

Substitutions must be done in the desktop Fulfillment view. Once updated, changes sync across the system.

Can I view the Pull Sheet on a computer and sort by category?

Category sorting is only available in Mobile Fulfillment. On desktop, you can still view the Pull Sheet but sorting is not supported.

How do I get my team trained on this workflow?

We recommend:

Can multiple people scan the same pullsheet simultaneously?

Yes! Multiple devices can scan the same pullsheet at once—great for large crews across multiple trucks or event zones.

How does this integrate with our existing processes?

Goodshuffle Pro replaces paper pull sheets and reduces manual counting. While external barcode scanners don’t integrate today, you can:

  • Print QR codes from inventory

  • Use phones or tablets for scanning

  • Add product/serial numbers as internal attributes
